The Church
The church is at the heart of village life, and most of the organisations use the amenities in one form or another.
During the winter months the church holds very popular slide shows with the now famous Potato Pie Supper.
Other organisations to use the building include the Salterforth Women's Institute and Age Concern.
In 2003 the church arranged for a room to be modified to allow the building to be used two days a week for the local post office.
